This project is a home that was born as a solution for people who need a spacious- flexible- multi-purpose space. It is a proposal that can be used as a main home, guest house, office, Airbnb rental, etc. Its design integrates vernacular passive design strategies to keep it fresh, high ceilings, crossed air ventilation, natural light and locally grown wood.
