It is a proposal that can be used as a main home, guest house, office, Airbnb rental, etc. Its design integrates vernacular passive design strategies to keep it fresh, high ceilings, crossed air ventilation, natural light and locally grown wood.

It is offered in 2 and 3 levels. Tropical yet modern it opens towards the exterior from all areas, giving you the sensation of floating among nature and maximizing any potential views your lot might have.
