Property Analysis + Origin of Project Layout The main views face towards the east and southeast mountains. The main wind currents we observed came from the northeast during January. The sun rises from the east and sets to the west, inclined towards the south in Costa Rica. The terrain has a substantial amount of rocks and a considerable slope from north to south. The property has neighbors bordering the north, south and west and aligns with the main community road on the east side.
